Samsung Galaxy S22 Price, Release Date, Specs and Design Updates

Quite shocking, one of Samsung upcoming phone after the Galaxy S7 Series will come with the world’s most advanced smartphone chip.

Surprisingly, that is not from Qualcomm, not even the Exynos 2200 or any AMD GPU. It is the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Processor.

MediaTek, this the brand that is very popular for mid-range smartphones. now is is officially created a flagship chip that is almost on the same level as the APPLE A15 processor.

This is for the first time in a while, where android chip is competing with the Apple’s best current chip. Still have yet to see the actual device numbers, but based on this chart, it is right up there with the Apple’s best processor.

Samsung’s New Prcessor Mediatek Dimensity 9000 5G:

This chip according to Ice Universe, Samsung will use this chip on one of their upcoming phones. That phone will be as powerful as the Galaxy S22 series.

This chip has broken a lot of world records, this is the world’s first chip to have the advanced 4nm Processor technology.

While everyone else is stuck on 5nm Technology. It is also the first to have the super ARM Cortex-X2 Core clocked at 3.05Ghz.

The new ARM Mali-G710 GPU, that has better Ray Tracing for PC level graphics. Not only that, the AI Performance on this chip is 16% faster than the Google Tensor chip.

To be honest, we did not expect MediaTek to pull this off, MediaTek just brought something really powerful and really incredible in the smartphone industry.

In the future, we will see what Qualcomm and Samsung has to offer in a few weeks. Because, the announcement for these chips are coming really soon.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Processor:

Now as we know, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Series will not be using the MediaTek 9000 chip. Also, the 70% of the Galaxy S22 models will use Snapdragon 898. While the rest of the 30% will utilize the Exynos 2200 with AMD Graphics.

According to Ice Universe, Samsung may have patterned with the legendary Jim Keller, a microprocessor engineer very famous for his work at AMD and Apple.

Hopefully, with his knowledge on the team Samsung may design a way better chip in the future. Nevertheless, the 45-Watt Charger for the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra is leaked and its not that much different in terms of the design compare to the current 25Watt charger except its going to deliver faster speed.

With this Samsung could also offer another charging brick. Which actually has a maximum power delivery of 65 Watts in addition to having the 25- and 15-Watt boards.
